Terms of use
Seedancer is distributed through the App Store and licensed to you under Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement. The terms below are the ones specific to what this app does.
The licence
Your use of Seedancer is governed by the Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, linked at the bottom of this page. Where anything here conflicts with it, the Apple agreement takes precedence.
What you may upload
By uploading a photo you confirm that you have the right to use it. In particular:
- Do not upload photos of a person who has not agreed to appear in a generated video.
- Do not upload photos of children.
- Do not upload sexual content, nudity, graphic violence, hate symbols or anything depicting illegal activity.
- Do not upload images you do not have the rights to, including copyrighted characters and other people’s photographs.
Automated screening
Uploads are checked automatically before anything is generated, and requests that fail the check are refused without being charged. The check is a content filter and not a check on consent or on rights: passing it does not mean an upload was permitted under these terms.
We may refuse or remove any generation, and suspend accounts that repeatedly break the rules above.
Your videos
Videos you generate are yours to keep, save and publish. We claim no ownership of them and do not use uploaded photos to train models.
Generated video is synthetic. If you publish one of a real person, say so — most platforms now require it, and it is the right thing to do regardless.
Credits and subscriptions
Generating a video consumes credits. Credits are committed when a generation completes; a generation that fails is not intended to consume them, and if one does, contact support and we will restore them.
Credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable except where the law requires it. Subscriptions and credit packs are sold and billed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple.
What the app does not promise
AI generation is probabilistic. We do not promise any particular output, likeness or level of quality from a given photo, and a result you dislike is not by itself a fault.
The service is provided as is. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, including individual templates and AI models.
